Meet Your Gardener

Alyssa’s true love for nature started with her love for lightening bugs as a child. Then when the time came she started her journey with earning her degree in Wildlife Conservation, where her love for nature only strengthened. She spent time working in the field on conservation efforts across the East Coast in wild spaces removing invasive plants, experiencing first hand what it means to heal our ecosystems. Once home she began working for small horituclaral businesses or organizations that focused on land stewardship and changing the standard in managing green spaces. This is where she found her passion to mix her love for nature and gardening to one.

Now she manages her own garden with the goal of being something of a replica to what nature could have been like in the past. And of course to help her dear lighting bug friends thrive.
